Tips for long-term weight loss:

Make sure to eat a healthy balance of food. Fruits and veggies are always your friends, but you also want a good mix of healthy fats, carbs, and proteins! Check out our Movin' Mountains 2022 Recipe Guide for inspiration on incorporating healthy foods into your everyday routine!

Try to workout or be active at least 5-6 days a week. Being active doesn't mean changing your whole routine - you can incorporate smaller segments of activity throughout your day! You can print out our weekly Habit Tracker to help you stay focused and track your activity goals!
