Event Complex

Jefferson County Fair and Rodeo: July 24 to 27, 2024

The Jefferson County Event Complex (Fairgrounds) is made up of 50-plus acres located on Fairgrounds Road in the south part of Madras.

Fifteen buildings and barns, situated in a park-like setting, cover almost 100,000 square feet. The Event Complex offers several events on a year round basis, hosting almost 100,000 people each year, and using the grounds for approximately 200 events.

For the convenience of the grounds users, 65 RV spaces with full hook ups were installed in an RV park. Major events happen every month of the year, from RV shows, travel groups, the Collage of Culture, Rock & Gem Shows, Horse Shows & Events, Rodeos, with the County Fair & Rodeo, being the largest event held in July.

The facilities are also used for dances, weddings and reunions.
