NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the County of Jefferson, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held at the Jefferson County Commission Meeting Room at 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Madras, Oregon. Due to limited capacity as a result of the COVID-19 impact a teleconference link will be available on the County website. The meeting will take place on the 23rd & 27th of April 2021 at 8:15 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 12, 2021 at the County Finance Office, 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Ste ‘E’, Madras, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or by checking electronic copy available online. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear or teleconference in to the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
